Grace season 4: Release date and latest news for ITV drama
Roy, Glenn and the team have more cases to crack.
John Simm is back as detective Roy Grace for a new season of gripping mystery stories, which kick-start tonight on ITV1 and ITVX.
Grace is inspired by the popular novels by Peter James and follows the titular sleuth as he unravels disturbing cases around Brighton and Hove, with the season premiere concerning a violent robbery that leaves a woman seriously injured.
In an exclusive first look clip from the episode, we see Robert Glenister step into the role of antiques dealer Gavin Daly, whose sister is the victim of a vicious attack that could leave her with paraplegia.
His cold demeanour isn't surprising given such harrowing news, but will he step up to help the investigation or prove a hindrance in Grace's search for justice? Tune in tonight to find out.
The Grace cast, comprised of Richie Campbell, Zoë Tapper and Craig Parkinson, are back in action alongside Simm for this latest run, although one of them will be stepping away before season 5.
Indeed, Line of Duty alum Parkinson confirmed the news via Instagram, explaining that he's had a "wonderful journey" on the crime drama, but that he won't be returning after the season 4 finale. What this means for his character remains to be seen.
For now, read on for everything you need to know about Grace season 4 on ITV1 and ITVX.

What will happen in Grace season 4?
The fourth season of Grace will adapt the next four books in Peter James's Roy Grace series, with these being Dead Man's Time, Want You Dead, You Are Dead and Love You Dead.
The official synopsis for the first episode has been released, teasing: "A brutal robbery at a secluded Brighton house pulls Grace and Branson into a challenging enquiry when thousands of pounds' worth of beautiful antiques are stolen and the owner is left fighting for her life.
"The prime target, however, appears to have been an item of great sentimental value to the homeowner and her brother, a renowned antiques dealer.
"This particular item has deep emotional ties to a fascinating mystery involving their father which spans back to 1960s East London and a painful night on which their life as they knew it changed forever.
"The question is – who knew it was in the house? As Grace digs deeper into this mysterious crime, he unearths a web of ancient grudges.
"A web which leads him down a murderous trail through the world of Brighton antiques in a race against time to discover who is at the heart of this robbery, recover what was taken and bring to light answers which have been buried for many years."
